If u really want a foot massage u can try Beauty Mums & Babies. They are not cheap but they have foot massages and they also do prenatal massage. Their prenatal massage quite good. If u are giving birth at Mount Alvernia and have applied for the Alvernia Ladies card, there is a discount for their massages.
I did go at 4 months for foot reflexology. But tell the person. Also FYI they wont press much as well, so it like a swedish massage and just gentle. Helps a bit if you want to relax :)
The article is right. Best to avoid unless they specialize in prenatal care... which is hard to be sure
