When I have excess frozen BM or expired BM, I'll give my LO a treat to milk bath. I use about 5 bags (200ML each) and mixed it with warm water. After which I just rinsed off as per normal. When I milk bath him I never use any body wash and shampoo. But when my LO is sweaty, I'll first do the normal routine of washingn his hair and body 1st before pitting him into the milk bath. Mummy you can also use the milk for your self. Do milk spa for your face or feet. =)

One of my friends did. She had frozen some of her breast milk in ice cube trays so she used those. She naturally defrosted a few in a bowl till room temperature and used a wash cloth to wipe baby off. After that, she rinsed baby off as per normal in his bath. Don't think she did it regularly, her breast milk is wayyy too precious to be used as bath water daily.

One of my friends use her expired breast milk to give her baby a milk bath too. She thawed the amount of expired milk she had (i think she had around 10 bags) and mixed with some warm water to a comfortable temperature and let her baby bathe in it.

I used about 8 milk bags and mixed with a lil bit of warm water. Then rinse baby off as per normal. :)
