Stop breastmilk

For some reason i got to stop breast milk but i’m unsure how to do it. Can anyone advise me please? Tia!

you can reduce the number of pumps gradually and also the pump time, also don't empty your breast when you pump so as to reduce milk production

      Hi! Im working in a corporate industry.. its quite tedious for me to pump my milk in the office as my boss will keep on looking for me :(
