Anyone still taking new obimin while breastfeeding? Is it ok to continue? Any recommended DHA brand for breastfeeding? TIA!

Yes, it is ok to continue since it’s for pregnant and lactating mothers. I would recommend Nordic Naturals for DHA supplements

I was recommended by my nurse to continue fish oil for pregnancy with dha, multi vitamin and calcium from gnc.
