Suggest you clarify with your HR first before approaching MOM. If go straight to MOM, likely they will advise you to speak to your company HR first. :)

HR should have inform and speak to every staff on retrenchment or termination package
if they didn't, you can approach MOM or TAFEP
The company should credit your Maternity Leave Benefit as well. If the company did not. Get advise from MOM.
