I pretend to sleep and somehow my babies knew I'm asleep, so they try to sleep on their own too But if they start crying I'll cuddle them to sleep, this will happen on and off until they are ready to sleep on their own My baby boy slept through at 7mo, so it was a few months of training!

First, baby sleep in a crib by himself and not with parents. I make sure he sleeps at the same time nightly for it to be a habit and his bodily clock adjusts to it. He knows after night bath and night milk it’s time to sleep. Setting up these routines help baby settle for the night

I co sleep with my baby. She sleeps much better that way. When she cries, I'll turn around and hug or pat her, she will stop, probably comforting to know I'm around

Do sleeping worked for us. Seemed like the easy way out, but I was too exhausted and not disciplined enough to try sleep training

How old is your baby? When you said sleep by themselves.. Do you mean sleeping without any sleep associations?

Try lullaby song 😊
