Hi anyone of mummies here enrolled kids for mindfulness courses? Any recommendations?

That's interesting, never thought of enrolling into one. I assume just me & partner teaching is suffice

Personally I find all these courses are not really necessary(:
Usually this is taught by parents and a touch unnecessary
Don’t find it necessary.
