Lower abdomen swelling after csection

Oh dear, yes this is actually quite common after a C-section, most mums experience some swelling, hardness and tenderness around the lower abdomen for the first few weeks as the body is healing from major abdominal surgery, and it can honestly take up to six weeks before things start feeling more normal.
