Unfortunately, CDA cannot be used for milk formula or diapers - it is mainly used to cover vaccinations and infant/childcare fees :) If you have difficulty affording milk powder, there is an initiative called the CDC Milk Fund that gives vouchers for families to redeem milk formula from NTUC-Fairprice - though I'm not sure whether it's still open for applications now. Otherwise, you can also reach out to family service centres or apply for ComCare Short-to-Medium Term Assistance!

Nope. CDA can only be use for childcare, see doctor and etc. For more information you can check this website https://www.babybonus.msf.gov.sg/parent/web/about?_afrLoop=2655366555323333&_afrWindowMode=0&_afrWindowId=null#%40%3F_afrWindowId%3Dnull%26_afrLoop%3D2655366555323333%26_afrWindowMode%3D0%26_adf.ctrl-state%3Dyluj33ysu_4
