Anyone knows if Taiwan Taipei in particular is baby stroller friendly?

i would say stroller friendly except for some mrt stations, bring a lightweight stroller. the people there are actually very helpful when it comes to children, many helped me to load my stroller up and down the bus

They are quite ok except the night markets. The walkways is for both human and motorbikes. So abit unsafe for stroller to be there at night market. If can babywear your kids
