Hi I recommend getting GB Pockit stroller from pupsik studio, Mothercare or Spring Maternity. http://www.pupsikstudio.com/shop-by-brands/gb-pockit/ There are distributors selling what they call Pockit strollers but not the authentic GB brand. I am wary of those as I think for a lightweight stroller it is better to get a good quality one. But from what I know GB Pockit stroller does not recline so it will not be suitable for newborns. That said I have friends who bring this stroller overseas and their babies sleep well in it.
