gas and bloated

hi anyone havinq the same like im havinq ..everytime i eat something its seem like the food does not digest properly.. start hhaving bloated and so painful ..

yes.. I'm facing the same issue.. I don't even eat alot but still feeling indigestion and bloatedness all the time..
