Having Gastric In 1st Trimester

Hi, anyone having serious gastric like me during 1st tri of pregnancy? I am preg with 6weeks now and having a serious gastric, no appetite at all and keep vomit.

I’m in my 12weeks and also don’t have much appetite, very bloated, indigestion and gastric. Doctor prescribed me antacid but it does not work as well, so I started taking gaviscon and it’s been a life saver!
