this is soo usefull i am always on the toilet trying to go and once i had to goo but nothing then few hours later i had a bleed due to trying to hard
What trimester are you in? I just started drinking Yakult few days ago. 2nd trimester 16 weeks. I don’t see much difference yet. Hoping this changes soon. 😭
