Pregnancy Constipation

For anyone having difficulties pooping, I recommend drinking Yakult Ace Light once or twice a day. Definitely proven for me. I used to spent 30 mins and a lot of energy while popping. Now it is so smooth XD

this is soo usefull i am always on the toilet trying to go and once i had to goo but nothing then few hours later i had a bleed due to trying to hard

What trimester are you in? I just started drinking Yakult few days ago. 2nd trimester 16 weeks. I don’t see much difference yet. Hoping this changes soon. 😭

I'm on my 21 week now. I have been drinking for more than 1 month and it slowly improves! Jiayou 😊
