Anyone have an epiduralist to recommend at mount Elizabeth orchard? And know the charges?

I had dr winston Jong and I was not particularly impressed. I found him to be impatient and rude to me. (And yes I did feedback directly to the hospital too). His charges were $1,070.00. I delivered in 2016.
