My friend actually delivered with Dr Serene Thain not too long ago and she said the doctor was really warm and helpful throughout the whole pregnancy, very reassuring especially for first-time mums! But when it comes to HL ah, someone in my mum WhatsApp group mentioned she can be a little on the stingy side, like she won't anyhow give, you really need to have valid reason lah. So if you're hoping to get HL easily, maybe go in prepared with your symptoms and be honest with her about how you're feeling! Overall the vibe I hear is that she's a good doctor who genuinely cares, just don't expect her to sign off MC or HL without proper cause lor.
