Anyone has etopic pregnancy before? I have a friend just had a surgery and one of the tube has been removed. Will it affect her future chance to get pregnant with only 1 tube?

I had ectopic pregnancy last year and removed one of my fallopian tube. As long her menstrual cycle and her another tube is fine, she still able to conceive. Currently I'm pregnant again 5 weeks and 6 days.. Pray for my smooth pregnancy journey.. Still traumatised with previous experience..
