late?

I had a etopic pregnancy after my second child..and gone thru a surgery which one of my tube has burst. ( Left one sided) and lately I had a missed period for 2 weeks. I had took pregnancy test which came out negative. Should I be concerned or just wait for next few days...thanks you!
