Anyone had recurring bacterial infection? Was given pessary to insert and cream to apply. Been drinking cranberry juice as well. Any other solutions? Currently 27 weeks.

Yes and it can be a long process to get it completely healed. But do follow all the advice and instructions given and you'll be fine, take care!
