Yes. Yoga can be very beneficial during pregnancy, as long as you take certain precautions. Yoga helps you breathe and relax, which in turn can help you adjust to the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, birth, and motherhood. It calms both mind and body, providing the physical and emotional stress relief your body needs throughout pregnancy.

I did not but it is very safe unless you have medical conditions. 1 of the mummies in my chatgroup went to yoga+ at pagoda Street. Her yoga instructor was pregnant too and they did lots of hips opening and pelvic floor exercises which are good for labour.

yes i do! i stopped during my first trimester..but continue from my 2nd tri. the instructor will advice modification...and listen to your body. if you feel its too much, stop. :)

Yoga is great for pregnancy. But please do follow a prenatal yoga class as some yoga poses are not too suitable for pregnancy.
