Week30 Chest pain and heart palpitations?

Hi is anyone experiencing the same? I woke up with chest pain until I couldn’t move for a few seconds then it got better but throughout the day I kept feeling damn breathless and my heart is racing even if I’m not doing anything at all ):

It's normal during third trimester but if it's becoming more frequent then you need to go see a doctor
