Loss of appetite

Anyone experiencing a loss in appetite? I'm about 9 weeks in and I can't seem to finish my food without wanting to puke. How do I deal with the fact that all food is disgusting to me?

I totally got no appetite for food and drink, keep puking for 3 weeks during 1st trimester.. during week 12 scan, all went well.. try to eat and drink what you can.. keep trying
