Since both sides have notches, I think it is worth calling KKH to ask if you can speak to your doctor again or even request a second opinion before the four weeks are up, just so you feel more supported while you wait. You should not have to carry this anxiety alone for a whole month, and the nurses there are usually quite approachable if you explain your concerns.
