Muscle Spasm - Leg

Anyone experienced sudden muscle spasm in the leg in the morning? 2nd trimester now, and just had a jolt awakening muscle spasm.

Me! Heard its quite common. Do stretch your leg before you sleep and after waking up! :)

Hit with the spasm when was in deep sleep. Shocked the husband with my screams. This goes into the memories of being pregnant. Painful, but funny.
