Bloody stool at 25weeks pregnant

Anyone encounter pregnant got bloody stool for like 3days and still going on? Already seen gynae but gynae say no external piles or anything, could be internal tear. Prescribe me with the stool softener. Can anybody tell me how long this bloody stool will last?
