Anyone else whose bub is on a vegetarian diet? My LO is 7 months now, and I'm already running out of ideas when it comes to solids!

We are not vegetarians but I make sure my baby takes more vegetables. My first boy is very picky. My baby is 8months old. Try this Spinach with pears Carrots with orange and apples Broccoli with potatoes Pumpkin and sweet potato with squash.

So many mixed vegetable purees! Our baby is not vegetarian but my wife is - so our baby eats an unnatural amount of vegetarian meals. We pretty much have 2 vegetable purees a day for our little one.

Haha thanks! I grew up non vegetarian, so I'm under the constant pressure of "your baby needs protein from meat to grow well!" I'm been reading up on vegetarian recipes and maybe I'm just thinking too much!!

You can try blending lentils for protein?

Yea Introduce more liquid or high fibre fruits for bowel movement.
