Advice please

I'm mother of 2 kids 2 c-sections already done and family planning also periods regularly came but sometimes any stressful heavy back pain and very little bit spotting also comes is it normal or anything else can pls help me out thank you in advance ##firsttimemom #advicepls #advicebestremedies

If you are concerned about the spotting that comes outside your period cycle, it is better to consult a gynae. They can do a scan and check more in depth for you. You will have a peace of mind too.
