Small baby

hi, I'm a first time mummy. I just went for my 20th week check up, amazing how much baby have grown but doc mentioned my baby is slightly on the smaller side but should be ok because me and hubs are small petite hoomans. But it keeps bothering me, please share any tips you might have that can increase baby's size/weight?

I also heard something similar from a friend, who said tt some babies are simply predisposed to being smaller in size, but are perfectly healthy. My own gynae also said tt given that me and my husband aren't exactly tall, itll be odd if our baby is very tall, when I asked about the length of the fetus. In any case, if the gynae, as a professional, isnt concerned, im not gonna worry too much as well:) My colleague suggested eating plenty of durian and drinking full fat milk. Apparently it helped his wife, but i did that the last pregnancy and nothing happened lol. So I guess it's really a case by case basis on what works

Im worried of my baby size too but when ask the doctor she say, its too early to see the size and keep on saying the baby is ok. 🥴

Try avocado & durian.
