Make sure your motion is soft (take enough water and fibre). Try not to strain when you poop and don’t sit on the toilet bowl for long. Also avoid carrying heavy things and squating. For medications, consult your gynae:)

This is the reason why I have a second thought about having a second baby. No one I heard of escaped this, and mine was really bad from pregnancy until 6-7 months after giving birth. Can’t sit for months

Do get medication from your gynae

I had this during my 2nd pregnancy, about 36weeks pregnant. Went to a&e at KK, they prescribed stool softener, medicine and some cream to apply.
