Advice On Korea Or Shanghai?

Anyone been to Korea or shanghai? I need a vacation with my girl she's 7 month going 8 month old. I need advice on which country to go. I need a stroller friendly country. Nursing room easily located as my girl still latching. Safe and clean!

I think both Seoul and Shanghai would be great options. Very cosmopolitan and convenient for young moms.

Just did shanghai - definitely recommend it for 3 year old and up - especially a trip to Disneyland!
