Prenatal Course

A friend who attended their WoW Prenatal Workshop said it was really practical, lots of hands-on practice and she felt much more confident going in to delivery, especially around breastfeeding which she said they covered really well. Someone in my mum group also mentioned it's good for reducing that new-parent anxiety, so if you're feeling overwhelmed it might be worth the investment. They have a Crash Course option too if you're tight on time.
