Anyone attended the 1st60days parenting course? Any review?

Eh hii! My friend attended the 1st60days course last year before her baby arrived and she really loved it! She said it's 4 sessions in total, each around 3 hours, so it's quite comprehensive lah, got theory AND hands-on practice together, which she felt was super helpful because you actually get to try things yourself, not just sit and listen. Someone in my mums WhatsApp group also mentioned that all 4 sessions are compulsory, so just make sure your schedule can commit before you sign up. My neighbour brought her husband along too and said the coach was very practical and gave really useful tips on feeding, wake windows and sleep routines for the newborn stage, apparently very applicable for the 0 to 3 months period which is the hardest part right! Overall the mums I know who went all said good things, haven't heard major complaints so far, just that you need to be okay dedicating the time for all 4 sessions. I think for first-time parents especially, worth it!

Hmm I haven't personally attended this one, but if the word of mouth is strong that's usually a good sign lah — in our parenting community, mummies don't usually recommend unless it really helped them! Maybe try posting in some of the local Facebook mum groups to see if anyone there has more detailed feedback? Would love to hear what you find out too! Who is this parenting course by anyway?
