I attended last week, I felt the practical was useful. The zoom session you will need to pay a lot of attention, lots of info to receive for the time duration. I took it so I can learn more about breastfeeding, labour and some fundementals of how to care for baby

In my opinion it’s pretty helpful if you haven’t had any experience caring for baby and haven’t attended any classes before. It teaches some basics.
