For baby bonus, open a CDA acct. https://blog.moneysmart.sg/family/cda-account-baby-bonus/ Hospitals shld hve a counter for u to do the birthcert. I delivered at Parkway East and my hubby booked a slot within the hosp itself to do his birthcert. The fees is slightly more than gg to ICA but more convenient.
