medicated plaster

Anybody know any brand of medicated plaster is safe for pregnant mums? I know salonpas is a no.. but I having a shoulder pain..

Go for shoulder massage instead

Ask husband to massage with bio oil

    But bio oil dun have the cooling effect... not shiok. Haha
