Allergy rhinitis

Aw sis, allergy rhinitis during pregnancy is really annoying, I feel you! Honestly ang safer bet is talaga mag-check with your OB first kasi may certain medications na okay lang for pregnancy and some na hindi, and you want to be sure na safe para sa baby. One of my mum friends had the same problem and her doctor prescribed something pregnancy-safe, so definitely don't self-medicate na lang. In the meantime, try saline rinse or steam inhalation, marami sa amin na ginagawa yan para ma-ease ang congestion without meds, and it really helps din!
