Ay, importante talaga yan kasi ang huli mo gusto ay mag-rush sa hospital tapos kulang ng documents! Based sa experience ko and ng mga kaibigan ko, you'll need your valid ID, health insurance card or proof of payment, prenatal records (especially ang latest ultrasound and lab results), and hospital pre-registration forms if pwede mo nang i-fill up in advance, pero better call your OB's clinic or hospital directly kasi minsan may specific requirements depending sa hospital. Some hospitals din require birth certificate template para sa baby at husband's ID for verification, so best to ask ahead of time para walang hassle when you're already in labor.
