Ano po kayang cause ng empty gestational sac na 8 weeks na pregnant? Miscarriage kaya po? :( Or is it just too early?

w8 ka momsh ng ilang weeks pa, baka its too early pa, kung wala namang spotting, wag ka matakot..

    Ito Yung kinatatakutan ko. In my calculation I'm on my 7th week tomorrow, recently Lang ako ng PT Sunday pa first checkup and TVS. I had stillbirth last April 2021 at 25 weeks Kaya super takot at kaba ko din this time
