Tough question kasi for me both of them are equally important. Pero we chose to be wed kasi we have plans to migrate so for now house is not a priority yet. But in different circumstances, practicality wise, uunahin ko ang bahay and make sure we have a house to move into para di makikisali sa in laws once we got married! 🙂
