Bahay. We've been together for 4 years, we'd much prefer investing in a home muna. We're sure about our relationship so even if the law doesn't see it this way, I see marriage as a form of formality na lang. In all sense of the word, we function as a married couple (joint finances, joint decisions, etc). AFAIK pwede sa Pilipinas na joint property ang bahay even if not married, so di rin naman problema ang pangalan sa titulo.
