Eh normal je la at 4 months, semua babies kena go through startle reflex stage ni, a few of us tried swaddling properly or making sure dia tidur dalam dark, quiet space and it helped reduce the jumping around. One of my mum friends swore by white noise (even just a fan) to mask sudden sounds, and another tip that worked for us was making sure baby tidur on their back on a firm surface, sebab sometimes dia terkejut less bila position comfortable. The reflex should gradually fade around 5-6 months, so hang in there mama!
