Br pas lalui nyee last week..satu ari tak bgn lgsg..betis cramp..pinggang blkg cramp..bahu cramp..takleh bgn..Da bole bgn troz g klinik..Dr bagi krim panas..UTK legakan cramp..since then..sapu je krim tu bila Ase cramp..n byk Kan mnum Susu..MMG kurang calcium..

Kalau kaki tiba2 cramp, bengkok kan bahagian ibu jari kaki and jari2 yg lain sekali ke atas menghala ke kita. In sha Allah boleh cepat lega. Jgn lupa ambil supplements kalsium. Cramp akan berkurangan.

Sama!!!!! 😭😭 sampai tido tkot nak luruskan kaki ,, asal silap sikit je kejang terus , effect kena tu sampai nak bejalan pon sakit , keras je betis rasa

Sy 24week.. tp xrsa apa2 cramp... cuma klau tnggal mnum susu... sakit hbis tulang2...

Sama! Haha.. Lepas tu rajin mnum susu. Then xde dah cramp 😂mybe sbb kurang kalsium.

Kena rajin mnum susu n kalau ada mnyak panas..sblm tdo sapu laa..
