Time flies! Baobei growing too fast for mama’s comfort

Usually after surgery best to avoid chicken, eggs and shellfish. Fish is fine, there are some which are good for healing.

Actually, nothing. Unless you’re diabetic.. in which case keep the blood sugar levels good so the wound can heal well.
