Hi. Would you allow your helper to discipline your kid? Not physically. Just the verbal strict part only.

It depends on what the kid did wrong. If legit, everyone should be able to discipline my kid - there's a saying it takes a village to raise a child, I'll appreciate if people around my kid can help set him right when I'm not around to do so.
