X-ray during pregnancy

Hi alll , I am currently 4-5 weeks pregnant. I have an abdominal pain and did an X-ray 2 weeks ago (did a urine test then and was told negative ) will the X-ray harm my baby ?

Did you inform the doctor or nurses that you are pregnant before proceeding to x-ray? As far as I know they should not let you undergo x-ray if they know you are pregnant.
