Sameee ive been quite heaty at night past few days even when the weather is windy. I just on aircon and not use blanket
That happens to me when i have my period. Thankfully i feel better blowing fan and covering myself with comforter

I think not due to preg only but sg weather has been horrible without wind recently
Yeah it has>< but ya even with cold aircon I still feel so warm haha!
same feeling so hot so i do shower b4 sleep😄thats make me feel fall asleep
That’s good that it works for you! I do too but still get v warm in the middle of the night 😂
