Formula milk vs cow milk

After 12 months old, would you continue to give your Lo formula milk or change to cow milk? What’s the difference between the two?

Both are fine and both are equally good in their own ways. You can start to introduce fresh milk for 1 feed per day. It very much depends on whether your LO is adaptable and OKAY to switch too. Fresh milk is definitely more friendly to your pocket. My daughter still drinks formula at 4. But is ok with packet fresh milk in school or weekends when we are out. I’ll go with the flow and my daughter’s preference.
