At 3 months, babies can pass small bits of stool with gas, especially if they are breastfed, but it is worth thinking about whether this is happening every single time and if there are any other signs like discomfort or unusual colour. I would bring her to the PD just to rule out anything, because at this age it is better to get a proper check than to guess.
