Formula fed babies usually have firmer, pale yellow poo compared to breastfed babies, so watery and dark yellow is worth paying attention to, especially since it is outside the typical range. It could be nothing serious, but it could also point to something like a tummy bug or a formula intolerance, and at 3 months old I would not want to guess. I would bring her to the PD sooner rather than later just to rule things out, because watery stools in a young baby can sometimes lead to dehydration fairly quickly. Better to get a proper check than to wait and see on this one.

At 3 months, babies can pass small bits of stool with gas, especially if they are breastfed, but it is worth thinking about whether this is happening every single time and if there are any other signs like discomfort or unusual colour. I would bring her to the PD just to rule out anything, because at this age it is better to get a proper check than to guess.
