False contraction adakah normal dan kerap

Aah, Braxton Hicks contractions tu memang normal and annoying, semua orang kena experience yang, especially dari second trimester onwards lah! Tapi kalau jadi sangat frequent at 35 weeks and you're worried it might be something else, better check with your doctor or midwife cepat-cepat, sebab ada juga cases of preterm labour that can feel similar. A few of my mum friends had the same thing and turned out fine, tapi masa tu jantung berdebar je sebab takut, so don't stress but do get it checked just in case lah. Try drinking more water, rest well, and track if the contractions ada pattern atau irregular (false contractions biasanya irregular and not painful), then tell your doctor.
